    Where to start....let's see. I'm a secretary by profession, so to speak, presently working at a very big computer company. I've been making up stories for, oh, as long as I can remember, but it never occured to me to write anything down until I was about nine or so, when we were given an assignment in English class to make up a new character for the "Peanuts" strip, (which I still love, BTW) and write a story about him/her. My story was the only one that got an A+. (Probably my finest literary moment - I should have savored it more than I did :) I've been writing ever since, but it wasn't until I discovered the internet some years back that I realized I wasn't the only person on earth doing this. Anyway, I love music, especially Queen, T-Rex and all things 80s, Doctor Who, Monty Python, Oh My Goddess and Yu-Gi-Oh, of course. I also, I admit, do include a number of original characters in some of my stories, a holdover from my fourth-grade glory days, I guess. I do try my best to make my OCs more than your usual Mary Sue, but I'm not always successful, I know. In any case, I write because it's fun - heck, it may not be great literature, but if I can make someone smile, then I've done what I set out to. And I'll step off my soapbox now and return you to your regularly scheduled fanfic.... :-)
