Hello there!

Firstly I would like to thank you, since (I suppose) the reason why you are here is because you read one of my stories and enjoyed it enough that you wondered whether or not there was "moar" of it - well, there is!

ABOUT ME

I was born in Québec, Canada, in 1988. My native language is French, and English is a second language to me. I am a mother of two sons - not sure how I still find time to write! - and, besides writing, I have a passion for horseback riding, music and dancing. I am a retired professional dancer and I am now a choreograph at a nearby dance studio.

Although more of a writer than a reader here, I do read some fanfics from time to time in my preferred fandoms. I like plausible stories as much as "let's break the cannon" stories - however, out-of-character makes my skin crawl like nothing else and is the number one reason that will make me stop read a fanfiction.

I love all kind of music, but I have a preference for metal (especially symphonic metal like Nightwish) and sountracks from movies. Epic music give me eargasms.

ABOUT MY WORK

I am currently focusing on The Lady of Flowers, a Game of Thrones fanfiction. I'm way too spread out as a person to be able to focus on more than one multi-chapters stories at the time, but I might write OS in the meantime.

Do take note that I recently received a warning about sexual content in my fanfictions on ffnet. I do not write these scenes without artistic reasons and for mere "fanservice", so I will continue to write the way I write. I, however, do not wish to lose all of my work due to a stupid-ass witch hunt, so I am progressively moving all my fanfictions with adult content here, with hope that my work can be appreciated for what it is rather than censored.

I write multi-chapters and oneshots alike. So far I have written stories for Harry Potter (my first and favorite fandom), Dragon Ball Z, Game of Thrones/A song of Ice and Fire, Animorphs, Tekken, NCIS, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Fallout. I am also familiar with other universes such as Dynasty Warriors, Queer as Folk (USA) or Artemis Fowl, but I have yet to write anything about them.

I am generally open to a lot of pairings in those fandoms, unless they are stupidly out-of-character (like Voldemort and Harry - like seriously, I read one of those six years ago, I'm still traumatized and I cannot unread), but my favorite pairings, all fandoms put together, are Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger, Justin Taylor and Brian Kinney (duh), Sansa Stark and Loras Tyrell, Mai Valentine and Seto Kaiba, and Bulma Briefs with Vegeta. I do write and enjoy other pairings, but those are my favorite.

I tend to love "underdog" characters like Fleur Delacour, Narcissa Malfoy and Sansa Stark, as well as "grey zone" characters like Draco Malfoy and Jaime Lannister. I also have a thing for villains who are balls to the wall about it, like Bellatrix Lestrange.

My stories tend to be character-driven rather than action-driven. Even in fandoms like DBZ I focus a lot more on how the characters interact together and how they feel rather than how they fight.

I cannot write without music (and it's not always music related to the ambient or mood I'm writing, but whatever), and when a particular song or piece of music has been especially instrumental to my story or chapter, and I feel it really does fit the part, I will indicate it in the premise so that readers can read my words with the music that inspired them.

I sometimes take requests if the concept interests me, so feel free to poke me in a PM if you want to give it a try (no promises!).

As I said earlier, my mother-tongue is French, which is why a lot of my earlier work is in French. However, ever since "A public matter" I have taken to write solely in English, so fear not, you will understand me!
