    As a fanfiction author, I hereby make this solemn pledge: I will never abandon a fic. I will update regularly and swiftly, to the best of my ability. I will never leave anxious readers dangling, waiting for unbearable lengths of time while I am suffering 'writer's block'. When writing multi-chapter fics, I will always have several chapters written by the time I post the first, so that updates may be prompt and properly edited. This I vow.
