    Hello!

    My name is Alice Hartmonn, and I'm a pretty new member here at AFF.net, but I've been writing for a long time. I've always been pretty nervous about sharing my work--it's a pretty rough world out there, after all. I've finally decided to take the jump and share myself and my works with a wider audience. Most of my past works have been fanfiction, but I'm hoping to shift my focus more towards original content. It's so much easier to write with other characters because people are already sold on them before they even touch your story. You definitely don't have that sort of advantage when you're putting your own characters out there! If I can make just one person feel the way about my characters that I do, the long hours in the grasp of writer's block will finally be worth it.
