    Name: Just call me an Oddity and we'll leave it at that.

    I'm a great lover of odd and unique things in this small world, and I strive to find the oddest things (including friends who are oddballs) because let's face it a looney bin can get pretty lonely if you're all alone in your padded cell. And my little green, white coated keepers don't talk to me all that much except when they think I'm getting too sane.

    Okay now joking aside. I'm a great lover of fanfiction and by my weird nature, love to help authors feel appreciated and to help them grow with suggestions. I really enjoy working to find those hidden jewels and polishing them (would that make me a fanfiction-geologist?). If you guys have any suggestions for stories/authors to try, I'm all ears. But concerning yaoi pieces for characters who are not really part of a yaoi series, I'm generally put off by 'em unless they are written incrediblely well (though to be honest I've a yaoi manga series at home that I adore).

    My published writing gods are: Anne Bishop, Fuyumi Ono, Lois Lowry, Kate DiCamilo, Chie Shinohara, Miki Aihara, Akimine Kamijyo, E.E. Knight (Dragon stories), Suzanne Collins, Tennyson, Chaucer, and Milton. (Shakespeare is somewhere in there too, but I think the Bard is a bit puffed up overall though still a good place to be enterained.)

    Fandoms here I regularly stalk: Fairy Tail, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Red River, Hot Gimmick, Twelve Kingdoms, Hana Yori Dango, and Princess Tutu. I'm also a HUGE (dot)HACK, Myst, and Kingdom Hearts I&II junkie when it comes to video games.

    As to being a writer...well I guess you could say I do try my hand at it once in a great while. In fact, I've been being pestered by a couple of whatcha-ma-call-it "plot-bunnies?" (more like rabid-won't-leave-me-alone plot-pitbulls) for Fairy Tail that I've actually drawn up plans for and am considering releasing on the unsuspecting public that may just earn me a one way ticket to hell, but I figure if I can at least entertain myself then my job she has been done!
