    Just call me Crisis.

I was 'MetalChickCrisis2040' on FF.net as well. I'm archiving things over here due to the policy enforcement of MA fictions over there.

    About the Author:

My name is Nicci and I've been writing for about 10 years now. Before I discovered the wonderful world of fan-fiction (more importantly this website), I was writing my own original-shorts in an old college-ruled notebook. What inspired me to shift my attentions and join the fan-fiction wagon was my sudden infatuation with fantasies derived from a feeling of dissatisfaction after watching a scene in a movie or a show, or playing a part of a game and not particularly enjoying the way it turned out. I began re-playing these individual things in my head, and mapping out how they could have been, or would have been. Eventually, I began writing that instead of my original writings. Needless to say, I was not a very versatile nor talented writer. This I believe is evident from my earlier fan-fictions. My growth and my improvement is an obvious one as the years have passed. Of course, I still have a very long road to traverse as I'm interested in delving back into my roots. As of right now, I don't have any plans to write any novels, I'm content with what I do here and the original on the side.

I get a lot of questions in reviews and messages daily, so I apologize if I do not answer you personally. Due to the amount of emails, I can only respond to so much. Believe me, I would love for nothing more than to sit down and reply to every single one of you. Currently, I am going through and plucking out frequently asked questions. That will be a section I shall add onto my profile. In the mean time, I want to thank everyone for reading and reviewing. My readers are truly my greatest source of inspiration. If you're an author yourself, you know how special a review can be, and how easily it can brighten your day. So, thank you. I appreciate everyone's kind encouragement.

Regarding the lack of updates on unfinished stories. This is something I have addressed countless times in responses to private messages and emails and reviews, and some of you have even branched out and contacted me over on my YouTube channel, my Twitter, and my LiveJournal. No, I have NOT given up on any non-completed titles. Twilight Fading, Gravity of Love, Yesterdays and Tomorrows, Sheer Heart Attack, etc etc; will all be concluded. If I'm not updating them, that doesn't mean I have given up. I will not start something and simply not finish it. I make progress on writing a little bit of a chapter at a time due to my lack of motivation and inspiration for the plot's I've conceived. These things take time to map out and then to write them is not as easy as it may seem. I know that I have a lot of unfinished works that I need to complete, so please bare with me. In the mean time, newer stories will more than likely be posted. Small things like one-shots or two-shots, things that do not require heaps of effort and thought. Once again, if you're a long-time reader, and you've been waiting all this time for an update, you have my sincerest apologies. I will get things sorted out and together, it's just a matter of when.
