What I do is put the women in compromising positions and then do a lot of very dirty stuff to them. They hate it at first, but eventually give in to their desires. It can be a bit unrealistic at times, but I do try to explain how they get to that point. I also include very little physical pain in my stories. I like to focus on the emotional torment of the victims. I was the Master in a BDSM relationship for years, and my slave got off on humiliation and degradation, but was instantly turned off by pain.
