    About me. Hmm..not much to tell. Im twenty-two, single and the 11th out of 13 kids. Holidays are a horror. I've been a fan of AFF for a while and figured I'd give it a try. My current favorites are Harry Potter and DBZ so my stories will probably have some similarities between them because I have convinced myself that the manipulation of magic is pretty much the same as manipulating ki only the wand is the focal point or something. It'll sound better when I expound(ooh big word can you tell I is educated good) on the theory in one of my HP stories. And Deathly Hallows..I hated that book. It was bad enough Sirius died in book 5 but she had to go and marry off Lupin and then kill him after he became a father? COME ON!! Hell, if you want to get technical I don't think Hallows should have ever even happened. It was like she was writing a list of things to get done. Not to mention she killed Voldemort with a Disarming Charm. The man deserved a better death but then that would bring us into a whole nother rant about the improbability of Harry actually succeeding with only two years (Lupin and Snape)of actual Defense Against the Dark Arts Classes. Whatever... Current story in the works is Children of the Moon. I honestly have no real idea how I came up with this but so far I like where it's going. There won't be any real action until later school years but once I've laid the groundworking the pace should pick up. Things to know about Children of the Moon: 1. The Vegeta- It's not just a title but a mentality. Mostly it's instincts but I also think that since Trunks was raised by his father he has a lot more knowledge aboout his family history than he would had it been cannon. 2. The sparkles- The sparkles came about after watching twilight while babysitting my neice. I was in a funk trying to figure out a believable way to sent Trunks into the future but with no way back like he would have if he'd used a time machine. The sparkles for vampires reminded me that they are trapped in the age that they were turned forever. That got me thinking about time-turners and then reminded me of the huge hour glasses in the Room of Spirit and Time. And Voila! Boy eats sand, sand is magical, sand sends boy into future. 3. The Moon- In dragonballz, the rays of the moon react with a Saiyajins tail when looked at and they transform into an Oozaru (Giant Ape or Monkey technically since ape's don't have tails). Control and speach can be maintained through training or in Trunks' case be hereditary through superior breeding. This differs from werewolves who change reguardless of whether or not they look at it. 4. Werewolves- For this story, the wolves will have three form sort of like saiyajins do. There's thier humanoid form, then the regular wolf form they take under the moon. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that the reason they change people through bites is because the moonlight reacts with a chemical in the saliva which, once infected into a wound, triggers a mutation that starts the change. Or something thereabouts. Finally there's the hybrid form (thinks the ones seen in underworld and mosaics and stuff) This form they can take once they have control of both sides. It can be shifted into at anytime thereafter. Consider it battle mode or something. 5. Seer powers- In the Dragonball series Urania Baba is shown to be able to forsee the future, bring the dead back to life for a day, and find lost objects. We're going to say that she was born with this gift and though training Trunks to be her successor they both have different methods of doing it. Baba has her crystal ball while Trunks sort of ki tracks it. (More on this later.) 6. The Elder Wand- Dumbledore did not steal it off of Grindelwald when he defeated the man. It was collected alongside it's fallen weilder and as Dumbledore, the victor, was english, the wand was sent to the England Ministry while Grindelwald was sent to Numengard. It was sent to Ollivander so that the man could study it while rumors were spread of it's destruction. After the war with Voldemort very few who are left alive who know the truth so Ollivander will not get in trouble for handing it over to Harry. Harry will have some trouble with the wand but ultimately it will simply be testing him. He won't lose his mind or anything because he was 'chosen' and that is due to his blood relation to the wand's first master, one of the three brothers. 7. Dark Nimbus- the dark nimbus was used by Tai Pai Pai in Dragonball and allows those with impure hearts to ride it. It's called by shouting: "Kinto'un". Nimbus clouds cannot fly higher than Korin's Tower(basically it can't fly higher than the highest cloud). 8. Scouters- I decided to use scouters for Trunks' communications network because it's feasable and really the only thing that makes sense for him to use when his people are spread out all over the planet. As unknown technology people will just think they have a wierd fashion sense. 9. Goblinized saiyajin armor- It basically has the same characteristics of the original except it can never be removed once fitted. It's powerd by thought magic it can become any muggle type clothing or dissappear leaving the wearer feeling nude but the protections are still in place. Will add to this as story progresses.
