    Hi! I'm Catnip Kitteh, and I'm THAT cat lady. You know...the one with a herd of cats running around her home, getting cat hair on everything. However, unlike the stereotypical cat lady, I'm neither single nor elderly. I'm also a bit of a grammar nazi, and I will obsessively spell-check and grammar check myself before posting anything. If, by chance, something gets past this obsessive-compulsive checking, please let me know, as it just bothers me a lot. Sometimes I wanna take a red sharpie and correct every damn thing that has spelling or grammatical errors, but I try to keep that impulse in check... most of the time anyway. I've been reading fanfics forever, but have only gotten into writing them now. Why? Perhaps it's because before college, I used to write only non-fanfic prose and poetry. Perhaps it's because writing scientific papers al throughout undergrad dampened my fiction writing. Perhaps it's because graduating from uni and facing unemployment/underemployment is good for my muse. sobs dejectedly Since I'm new to the fanfic world, I don't have many fics yet, but I hope to get cracking soon. Plot bunnies/kitties are bouncing around my brain, demanding attention. My muse keeps chucking them at me, you know? It gets kinda annoying sometimes. I write LESS explicit fanfics on another site. Go read them, if you're into that sort of thing. http://www.fanfiction.net/~catnipkitteh I love waaaaaay too many fandoms to list them all here - seriously, we'll be here ALL day - but my current top ones are Bleach, Soul Eater, Chi's Sweet Home/New Address, and the Suzumiya Haruhi series. I mostly write for anime/manga. As a budding fanfic writer, I welcome all comments and suggestions about how I can improve. Flames...well, I don't care either way, but I subscribe to the policy of don't like, don't read. Anyway, hope you enjoy my fics, and if you like them, please R&R!
