    Hi, my name is Kate and I'm from the UK.

    I've been writing fan fiction from about the end of the year 2000 (and original fiction before that.) The first ever fan fiction story I wrote is called Corruption and the idea came after watching the episode 'Find the Lady' on The Bill. (If you go to my fanfiction.net profile you will see the first story I posted is a Twister/x-men crossover called The Hunt For the Perfect Storm. This was the first story I posted but NOT the first that I wrote.) I rewrote the first few chapters several times before I stumbled upon The Bill category on fanfiction.net. After reading some of the stories that had already been posted I decided it was time to submit my own.

    Nowadays I read more stories than I write, but I will occasionally have an idea that won't leave me that I'll post on (depending on the category and rating):
