'ships: I'm pretty open when it comes to 'ships, while I may believe in OTP or have a preference, I very rarely write that way. I believe people can love more than one person and that moving on is acceptable. I accept the canon 'ships given us, but do enjoy delving beyond them if a possibility occurs to me. The only 'ship that I will not read is Angel/Cordelia. I don't care how good it is, if it's merely hinted at, or even a stepping stone and ends up being another pairing fic. I just won't read it! Now, that does not mean I will not read a gen fic that features both Angel and Cordelia, just no 'ship fics featuring this pairing in any way. Miscellany: * I write het fic with a smattering of gen fic. * My ratings range from FRT-FRAO, the bulk being in the FRT and FRM areas. (Though I do enjoy writing smut once in a while.) * I'm not a big slash fan but there are a couple of slash 'ships that intrigue me enough to possibly try them (as well as a couple of tri 'ships). * I love family-focused fics, mostly in the Heroes, Friday Night Lights, Gilmore Girls, and Veronica Mars fandoms. * I accept the Buffy Season 8 and Angel Season 6 comics as canon. Why? Because Joss Whedon, the man who - you know - created these characters says they are! It baffles me to think there are people out there who disregard Joss' claims in this matter.
