I am a Yaoi Writer and that is ALL I write. No hetro and no yuri. I've got no interest in them. I'm also a dedicated reader. I've been reading everyone's fanfics on this site for years, some more times than just once or twice. I love a long fanfic that allows the whole story to unfold with emotions and drama that makes the reader feel the characters pain and happiness.
I keep myself close to home when I decide to write or start a new fic, my main interest being the Final Fantasy and/or Durarara!! Series. I've been pretty hardcore on Shizuo x Izaya, which I've noticed this site is actually lacking in my opinion.
