Norman Rhines is an accomplished Pokémon trainer who managed to secure a position as the gym leader of Petalburg City, a prominent town in Hoenn. Because of this, he had his family - consisting of his wife, Caroline, and his son, Seth - to move overseas from Johto to join him.
