STATUS: on HIATUS
UPDATE DEC 2011:
HIATUS: As of April 2011 I've been on fanfic HIATUS and working on the world building and research stages of my Original Novels series. Hard work willing, I hope to have the first book published mid 2012. As a result, BtB remains on the backburner but is NOT forgotten. I have every intention of returning to finish the series at some stage in the future, but alas, it doesn’t pay to write fanfiction (I truly wish it did!) and I can easily see myself giving too much of my time/energy/passion over to writing a fanfiction series and neglecting the stories I wish to tell with my own characters, be they ninja, soldier, warrior or otherwise.
ORIGINAL NOVELS: in progress. First book coming 2012. For a little more insight into the characters and their world, pictures/artwork can be found on my dArtOriginal Works Homepage (see above). If you've enjoyed my Naruto fanfiction then that's an indication of how I tackle character interactions, yaoi/slash/het relationships and drama/action/character-centred storylines...I like to get deep and gritty but also keep the humour coming, so the same can be said for my original works and characters. For those of you who've expressed interest in reading my original works, I'll keep this profile page and my dArt page updated on the progress of the novel(s). Thank you so much for all your support.

I tend to write across most genres (namely drama/angst) and I tend to keep it in the canon world. Humour is pivotal in most of my writing, no matter how dark a fic gets. I think that balance keeps it real (or at least I hope it does!). Yaoi/Het. I'm intrigued by human "character" - the human psyche and spirit fascinate me.
LIKES: Creativity, music, open-mindedness, philosophy, mythology, good conversation, nature, tea, passion and a good sense of humour are always welcome in my world. I make creative expression/ideas my playground. Simple things move me, the raw and the real. I love beauty, just a different kind.
FANDOM(S) I WRITE: NARUTO (yaoi and het)
IMPORTANT Note/warning While I write yaoi, I don't write it using the "seme"/"uke" mentality. I don't pigeon-hole characters' personalities by the conventions of a sexual preference. I like blurring lines, not defining them. I play with characters in the grey area, not the black and white.
