Hmm... not sure what to write about me. I like to write, well, make that LOVE to to write. I love to read, haven't really met a book I didn't like at some point.
I write for fun, I write for publication.. and yes, I write smut for both too. I tend to mostly write research articles for peer reviewed journals, poetry or short prose for publication, though it's my dirty gutter-minded stories that get the paychecks LOL I write het, quite frequently, but I have found a niche in slash. I am also working on a couple books IRL, sort of related to things on this site. No, definitely.
I like lots of other things too- I adore the Potterverse, such a great pantheon of characters to pull from and build on. I adore just about any anime, the bigger the robots the better, though I like magic, vampires, and subterfuge as themes as well. I am a huge Whovian- old school, new school, love it all.
I am a second gen American, which probably explains my obsession with all things UK related. And Harry Potter.. family castles, Scotland, accents, it just does something, you know? But I digress..
I can't say that I will have huge epics when I get things going.. and my writing may suck. Probably will.. been a while since I have done much other than technical or pwp's for magazines or anthologies or web pubs. But, we'll give it a shot and see :) I must admit, there are a couple authors on here (Icicle and Lomonaaeren) who have got me thinking about trying my hand again..
