I hang out and I write fan fiction and now I'm in college and I'm taking latin! I read fanfiction far more often than I write it though. I'm a huge sucker for a Lucius fic, but I'm picky about characterisation. I don't like it when he comes off as an ass-I know, I know. He is an ass. I love slash and I love Severus but I won't write him. I like my stories slightly dark with a lot of conflicting emotions. I keep my fics simple. I tend to focus on two or three characters because I absolutely hate when I read a fic that is transparent. Hating a character is a-okay, but when they get blatantly OOC I start to get twitchy. I hate Ginny, abhor her really but I try very hard not to make her the instant bad guy in my stories. Anyway, Harry Potter feels safe and warm and so welcoming. I think when I'm ninety I'll still be reading Fanfiction.
