I decided to share my work in progress here, because I've gotten some positive responses from LiveJournal, and would like to share it with more people. I'm a little nervous, because the communities I posted my fanfiction to on LJ are always supportive, so I may be in for a rude awakening here! If you read it, please feel free to be completely honest; it's the only way I can hope to improve as a writer. :)
