Here's what I do to write fanfiction: 1. I get into something new, like I did with Bleach a month ago. 1 alternative. I think of something I was into a long time ago that I loved, like Hellsing or Invader Zim. 2. I read a ton of fanfiction about it. 99% being Yaoi. The other 1% being accidental stumbling on het fanfic 3. Figure out which pairing I like best. IcigoxIshida and RenjixIshida are nice. 4. Start writing something that no one has written before. I don't read other people's fanfics to steal ideas, but to enjoy them and make sure whatever I come up with won't be stealing. (If it looks like I have stolen from you, I'm very sorry. I have never intentionally plagerized. I'm and English major, that's against my religion.) 5. Finish story, edit it, then post it somewhere. I want everyone else to enjoy my sick mind.
