    Mom with kids, originally fell into HP fanfiction with Draco/Ginny ship and eventually discovered HG/SS.  Started writing both ships back in 2003, but mostly focused on HG/SS.

    And yes, the rumors are true.  I have completed "And They Didn't Live Happily Ever After."  It is no longer a WIP and never truly abonadoned, just set down for a while due to life.

    I picked up in the middle of Chapter 51 in January 2014 and finished with the last and final chapter and epilogue in July 2015.  So there are 67 new chapters to look forward to.  Now chapters are being sent off to my betas while I update Chapters 1-50 with the fixing of typos, the odd extra space or comma thrown in, standardizing sparkly divider crap, etc.  Currently I am posting a chapter a day on AO3, archiving there, while each day updating that chapter with the new edits on Ashwinder and here on AFF. 

     

    While I update these chapters, a day at a time, I am hoping to build up a buffer of beta'ed chapters so that by the time I have uploaded the redited Chapter 50,  By the time I have finished posting Chapter 50 on AO3, around Halloween, I'll begin posting new chapters on all three sites.  I'll have a buffer of chapters and can post one new one a week.  And when that buffer of chapters is gone, I'll be posting as fast as my betas can edit.

     

    So, take heart.  If you've loved this story and have been sad that you won't be able to read what happens next, your patience will be rewarded with new chapters in the very near future.  Thank you for waiting while my life got in the way of writing.
