    Welcome to my profile. I thought I was being sneaky when I posted up someone's work as my own. I mean, the original author had said on their profile that they had left fan fiction back in 2009 and wouldn't be checking messages anymore, so it was the perfect crime!!! Then I figured that I was so slick that I would create a forum profile and interact with people in The Shoutbox. I had no idea that the colored names meant the people there were mods, admins or the owner. The mods had one of those gut feelings so they decided to check me out. I didn't turn out to be the minor they originally thought, but I did turn out to be a plagiarist! They found a story I posted, posted by someone else on another site. So they handed it off to Apollo, the owner. She started to ask me about the fiction and the other sites I posted to. I figured, again, that I would be slick! I gave her my other pen names and the sites with out thinking. She checked several times to ensure that I hadn't missed any pen names. Little did I know at the time that she already knew I was a nasty little thief! When Apollo was able to confirm that I wasn't the original author of the story, I was welcomed to AFF's Hall of Shame and told that my profile was going to be taken over and that I would be laughed at. As soon as I read that, I didn't even bother to try and argue the point, I headed over to the Hall of Shame to see what I had signed up for and started deleting all of my stories. I guess I figured that if I deleted the stories that I wouldn't get in trouble, but you see, the moderators are smarter than that! They had already gotten screenshots of my bad behavior and I was already cataloged for deletion. Wanna know the BEST part of this story? I gave them all of my pen names and sites that I posted to, which means that I indirectly linked them to my accounts all over the place and they now have all of my information, emails, IM's, Twitter, FB etc. These emails are now being routinely searched in their database.
