    I was born on the 28th of January 1987 and started reading 'adult level' books when I was eight. Inspired by what I read, I began writing my own story tidbits when I was nine and have basically been writing ever since.

    I enjoy a lot of genres but I do have a few that I turn to more often then others. For novels I read Fantasy more often. For music I listen to Metal and OSTs. For games I play RPG more than any other kind of game.

    I enjoy watching anime and among my favorites are: One Piece, Naruto, FullMetal Alchemist, Bleach, Kateikyo Hitman Reborn, Hellsing, Kamichu and Cowboy BeBop.

    I tend to read/write quiet a bit of yaoi but I'm an equal opportunist when it comes to my perversions and I tend to explore a wide range of themes, including what most people simply call "Dark". I think by exploring/wandering into both lighter and darker themes gives you and those that read your material a better view of a characters personality and growth. In fact, a few of my favorite stories are ones where the author has properly allowed a character to experience hardships and the emotional turmoil that comes from said hardships. I tend to like characters to be as 'real' as possibly and for stories, fan fiction or original fiction to be as immersive and as well thought out as possible.

    I used to write and post quite a bit under the pen name Shadow-Storm but have recently reverted to an older pen name of mine. I am known by a few other aliases here and there including KShiki and Shishou.

    I live in my own little batcave with my family in Australia, which I've recently found makes buying online/shipping internationally a bit of a pain.
